At Victoria Clinic, we can also perform diagnostic tests for couples who have been trying unsuccessfully for a baby for a long time. One of the basic but also very important tests is checking the patency of the fallopian tubes.
At Victoria Clinic, we perform the HyCoSy examination - it is an ultrasound procedure during the examination, where a doctor administers a contrast to assess whether the fallopian tube is patent or damaged.
Use of contrast is safe and has no effect on the fallopian tubes. The information gained during the examination will help to plan a further care and treatment.
