Dr Monika Skirzynska-Podgórska earned her DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree from the Pomeranian Medical University of Szczecin in 2001. Since 2001, she worked at PUM as a foundation dentist and later on as a lecturer at the Restorative Department.
Since then, Dr Monika is constantly continuing her professional development. She specializes in treating all aspects of periodontal diseases, periodontal plastic surgery, hard and soft tissue regeneration.
In 2011, she moved to the UK and worked as an associate dentist in NHS practices in Exeter and Stockport. Dr Monika joined Victoria Clinic in 2014.
She has always been passionate about furthering a knowledge and skills, which led her to undertake various periodontal courses. She successfully completed a Diploma course in Periodontics.
Dr Monika’s primary goal is to provide necessary dental care as comfortably and pleasantly as possible in a friendly and cheerful atmosphere. She will make sure all dental anxiety patients feel relaxed during their appointments. Dentistry is not only her profession but also passion!
She lives nearby Audenshaw with her husband, daughter and two dogs. In free time she enjoys family time, cooking and baking. Doctor loves reading, horse riding and she regular a ABA club attender.
