Facilities
Victoria Dental Clinic is situated on the ground floor, including our waiting room, surgeries and bathroom facilities, with suitable access for all disabled patients.
Visits can be arranged via telephone (If any special requirements are necessary please notify us.)
Dental Care and Dental Treatment in the Practice
We offer private care to children and adults, including a range of preventative, cosmetic dentistry and medical treatments.
Patients can be referred to our specialist for assessment and treatment.
We may refuse to treat patients who are violent or abusive, fail to pay their bills or refuse to co-operate during treatment. In this case we will inform the patient.

Communications
Good communications with our patients is very important and we take time to explain proposed treatment, any risks associated with it, as well as available alternatives.
Information About You
In order to provide you with a high standard of care we need to hold personal information about you. The practice complies with the 1998 Data Protection Act and personal information about patients is processed fairly and lawfully and kept confidential.

Complaints and Refund Policy
We want you to be entirely satisfied with your care and treatment. If a filling or crown fails within a year we will provide a free replacement or a full or part refund depending on the circumstances.
If you are not satisfied with the care or service provided at the practice please talk to Practice Manager Miss Paulina Bartyzel who will deal with the complaint according to the Practice’s Complaint Procedure.
Emergency Care
Registered patients who have a dental emergency should telephone the practice 0161 832 4153, 0745026 6440 or when the practice is closed ring 0745 026 6440 during weekends and bank holidays.
Appointments Cancellations
At Victoria Dental & Healthcare, we charge a deposit of £ 30 – £ 50GBP for an appointment, including examination of new patients. Prepayment is included in the cost of the visit.
When we make your appointment, we are reserving a room for your particular needs. We ask that if you must change an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This curtesy makes it possible to give your reserved room to another patient who needs it.
There is a charge of £50 for not showing up for scheduled appointments. Repeated cancellations or missed appointments will result in loss of future appointment privileges.
We feel that our patient’s time is valuable. When your appointment is made, a room is reserved, your records are prepared, and special instruments are readied for your visit. Except for emergency treatment for another patient, you can expect us to be prompt. We, of course, would appreciate the same courtesy from you.
Missed Appointments
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can give the appointment to somebody else. If you miss more than 2 appointments and give less than 24hrs notice, we will not be able to complete your treatment or offer you care in the future.
